Are prices and availability guaranteed?
No. Local conditions can change. Roam shows the latest recorded information and verification date, then encourages visitors to call ahead where the provider consented to publish a number.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes. Ask Roam remembers the last topic and shortlist inside the conversation, so you can narrow by price, area, family suitability or another need.
Does Roam use my location?
Only when you ask for something near you and grant browser location permission. The location is used for that search and is not stored in Roam’s analytics.
What happens when Roam does not know?
Roam says that it could not find a confident verified match. The anonymised question becomes a data gap in the admin analytics, helping the team prioritise new verification work.
Can a business update its listing?
